Consultant responsibilities include defining and supervising work streams, managing Analysts, structuring and developing presentations, conducting analysis, contributing to client recommendations, and managing client relationships.

Consultants typically work on one project at a time. This puts our Consultants in a position of ownership and gives them the responsibility to develop client relationships and to drive an integral part of the final client deliverable. In addition, as Consultants move from one project to the next, they learn about a variety of science and technology driven industries.
Consultants are an integral part of Keystone’s growth. Consultants play a major role in developing the firm by contributing to culture development, hiring, training and new business development.
We provide Consultants with the needed support and infrastructure to succeed. This includes informal mentoring and coaching, formal training programs and bi-annual formal performance reviews. As Consultants advance within Keystone, responsibilities grow to include managing larger work streams, presenting at major milestones and managing day-to-day client relationships.
