Engagement Manager

Keystone Strategy has immediate openings for Engagement Managers in our San Francisco, Boston and Seattle offices.

Keystone's Engagement Managers generally have three to five years of consulting experience and are knowledgeable in both technology and business. Managers oversee all aspects of our projects, including leading client relationships, setting project objectives, developing frameworks, structuring work assignments and managing teams. Selected candidates will have an unparalleled opportunity to build and lead major portions of our strategy practice.

Ideal Qualifications:


1. Education: An MBA from a top tier university. Ideal candidates have demonstrated consistent success competing against the best and brightest students in the country.

2. Consulting Experience: A minimum of three years consulting experience, post graduate, in a leading management consulting firm.

3. Tech or Science Background: Strong interest in and understanding of information technology or biotech industries. We like to see candidates who have familiarity with areas such as hardware and operating systems, applications for enterprises, software, services and pharmaceuticals.

4. Analytics: Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses and present well-supported solutions.

5. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage consulting teams; an ability to inspire and influence teams to deliver exceptional quality work. Proven track record of motivating and coaching individuals on multiple dimensions, including analytical skills, project management and interpersonal skills.
