Keystone is not your typical strategy consulting firm. Formed in partnership with professors from Harvard Business School and Wharton, Keystone has exclusive access to experts and thought leadership from top academic institutions. We specialize in developing data-driven strategies and providing economic consulting services to leading science and technology firms. Our teams tackle complex business problems in rapidly evolving industries such as online advertising, internet services, software, and biotechnology. Analysts at Keystone are given ownerships and responsibility to drive an integral part of the final client deliverable. Analysts develop client management, problem solving and communication skills while conducting qualitative and quantitative research, managing interviews, and contributing to final recommendations.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Building exceptional teams starts with recruiting. We prefer to hire former Analysts from top tier consulting firms and investment banks, as they often have exceptional problem solving and analytical skills. However, we are always interested in talking to smart, interesting, motivated people, including those directly out of school with no work experience.

1. Education: Engineering, economics, statistics or science degree from a top tier university or some other demonstration of a uniquely impressive academic record, showing consistent success competing against the best and brightest students in the world.

2. Technology Background: Strong interest in and understanding of technology driven industries. We like to see candidates who have familiarity with areas such as internet services, semiconductors, enterprise applications or hardware.

3. Analytics: Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses and present well-supported solutions.
